Shop insurance is a plan to protect the assets and goods stored inside a store. Aside from being secured from fires and other natural disasters, your store is also guarded from theft-related losses and damages.

What’s Covered?

Fire

The insurance covers damage to the insured property resulting from a fire caused by self-fermentation, natural heating, or spontaneous combustion. The policy also includes coverage for damage brought on by forest and jungle fires.

Explosion or Implosion

An explosion, implosion, or impact/collision with any exterior physical object that damages the office building is covered.

Natural Calamities

The insured property is covered for physical loss caused by storms, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, cyclones, tempests, floods, etc., as well as landslides and rock slides.

SRCC: Strikes, Riots & Civil Commotion

Property damage from riots, strikes, terrorist acts, and malicious intent is covered.

Theft

Theft reported within 7 days from the insured premises after the occurrence of any of the above mentioned points.

Other Coverages

Property damage brought on by water tanks, equipment, and pipes that burst or overflow as a result of automatic sprinkler installations leaking.
